Delivery Terms

We offer worldwide delivery. The average order processing time is 1–4 business days if the item is in stock.
For all orders within Moscow, we offer courier delivery or use CDEK (each delivery is calculated individually). We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

For deliveries within Russia, we use CDEK. The delivery cost depends on the recipient’s city and is calculated individually. You can choose either “door-to-door” delivery or pickup point delivery. Payment for delivery can be made upfront or upon receipt, at the customer’s discretion.
International shipping is carried out via DHL or EMS.
