Returns and Exchanges

You may return an item in good condition purchased from our store within 14 days of purchase.

According to Clause 21 of the Distance Selling Regulations, approved by the Russian Government Decree No. 612 of 27.09.2007, a return is possible if:

– The item has not been used

– The original appearance and consumer properties are preserved

– All tags and price labels are intact

– Any item that was sold as a set must be returned as a complete set

 

Return of Defective Items:

You may return defective items purchased from our store within 30 days. After this period, if a defect is found, we will replace it with a new item, repair it, or issue a store credit equal to the item’s value.

– We will repair the item at our expense if there is a manufacturing defect.

– We will replace the item with a new one if the necessary fabric is available and repairs are not possible.

– A store credit will be issued if the first two options are not feasible.

Items purchased online can be exchanged or returned via CDEK pickup points or the postal company used for the order (at the customer’s expense).
